Limited Warranty!
SystemOptix provides a limited warranty on PC optimization services for a duration of one (1) months, commencing from the date of the initial optimization.
The warranty covers:
• Troubleshooting PC stability issues.
• Identifying and rectifying performance concerns.
• Assisting with driver and game updates.
• Any issues outside the aforementioned categories will be considered on a case-by-case basis and addressed at the discretion of SystemOptiX.
What We Are Not Liable For
Due to the diverse nature of hardware components, SystemOptix will not assume responsibility for any hardware damage that may occur subsequent to optimization. This includes CPU, GPU, Memory, and other hardware components.
Unauthorized changes to BIOS settings, Windows Custom Settings, or Video Settings will void the warranty agreement.
How To Exercise Warranty
In the event of an issue, please promptly notify SystemOptiX via our dedicated Discord channel.
We will then schedule a suitable time to address your concerns.
