7. Limitations of Liability
Certainly, here are a couple of examples that illustrate what "unforeseen hardware or software issues" may entail:
Unforeseen Hardware Issue:
- Let's say a user's graphics card was functioning perfectly before the optimization. After the optimization, the user experiences artifacts and crashes while running a graphically demanding game. SystemOptix would not be responsible for any underlying hardware issues with the graphics card, such as overheating or hardware degradation, that were not apparent prior to the optimization. β¨
Unforeseen Software Issue:
- A user's PC was running a specific software application without any problems before optimization. After optimization, this software begins to crash or behave erratically. If the issue arises from a conflict between the software and an aspect of the optimization, SystemOptix may address it, but it's not responsible for the initial compatibility issue.β¨
We do not furnish any guarantees regarding precise FPS (frames per second) enhancement. β¨
SystemOptix disclaims liability for data loss attributed to client negligence. β¨
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SystemOptix retains the prerogative to amend these formal Terms and Conditions periodically. Clients will be apprised of significant modifications via electronic mail or through conspicuous notifications on our website.
